The SLR Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving quality of life in The Slate Ridge area, supporting the commonwealth of its members and fostering a sense of community, which ultimately enhance homeowner property values.

SLR Association achieves its mission by:

• Actively acting as a voice in addressing community concerns at City Council Meetings

• Dealing with complaints of Deed Restriction violations

• Providing resources for special events and activities that promote community involvement

• Promoting education and safety, architectural preservation and restoration, and effective communication

The HOA provides Resources and Services to its members such as: Summer/Fall Gatherings, Annual Neighborhood Garage Sales, Neighborhood Luminaries, Annual Christmas Party with Horse Drawn Carriage Rides, maintain the entrances and  provide outdoor tables and tents.

We provide our members with a Slate Ridge residents directory which lists all members and non-members, phone numbers for various local services.  We also sell Advertising space to our own SLR member services and local business to help fund the directory printing and circulation.
